What is your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is 50 units per style, giving brands of all sizes room to work with us.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Standard production runs 6–9 weeks from design approval to delivery, including manufacturing and shipping.
What slows down the process?
Delayed payments, revisions to preproduction samples, and delayed responses regarding orders.
Can I see a sample before my full order goes into production?
Yes. Every order includes free physical photo samples so you can approve every detail before we move to full production.
What is your payment policy?
Because every order is fully custom, full payment is due before production begins.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
Artwork should be vectorized or submitted as an .AI file to get the best possible result.
Can I cancel or return my order once it's placed?
Since every hat is custom-built for your brand, orders can't be canceled once production starts, and we don't accept returns unless there's a manufacturing defect.
Who owns the rights to the artwork I submit?
You're responsible for making sure any artwork you send us doesn't infringe on someone else's trademark or copyright. We build what you approve.
Do you ship internationally?
